Democrats dominate mail-in ballot requests in key swing states

I keep getting Text requests from supposed RNC types to order my mail-in ballot. Anybody know what the strategy is, or is this some type of fraud?
 
Same here, I just delete since there’s no way to verify it with certainty.
 
How do they know they are democrats? I assume they have to declare a party to be able to register. However, for the swing voters, I suspect the party they registered for is just the way they lean, it doesn't mean they vote that way every time.

You bring up and interesting question. All but 13 states have open primaries. Of the key swing states; only Florida and Pennsylvania have closed primaries. It's not uncommon in open primary states for voters to vote in the other party's primary when their party's primaries are uncontested. North Carolina is an open primary state. Is the state Democratic Party requesting the absentee ballots for their party members?

A lot of seniors live in Florida, so I can understand the request for absentee ballots to be on the rise there with this pandemic still going on.
