I am in LOVE with this new mop!

Cleaning floors has never ever been so easy! It has a substantial mop head on it so you feel like you're really getting in there and getting the dirt up. And the ratcheting wringing out thingy is da bomb! No more getting my hands wet from wringing out mops! I'm a happy happy Deewee!!!

(I know, it takes so little to excite me. I'm a dork but y'all love me!)

I really enjoy cleaning. It kind of satisfies that instant gratification need I have. I mopped my entire office (about 900 sq feet) in less than 10 min. That included my trips to the sink to rinse/ wring out the mop!

Everyone wants me to clean their houses...lol. I go on these binges of deep cleaning and I love how fresh/clean the house is afterwards. That's my motivation to do it!
I will say that I don't do as thorough a job of cleaning when M & the boys are home.
 
I used to tell people that I love cleaning. I have come to realize, however, that I really just love having a really clean house. The act of cleaning itself is just the means to an end.

Oh yeah...that's the best time to clean!
I also get into cleaning mode when I get a call that someone I love has died. I guess it's nerves, but at that point I can't sit still, there's nothing I can do to change my reality...so I clean.

My fiance has one like that at her house and loves it. I think I'll go out and buy one today so when she comes over she'll mop my floors for me. j/k Mopping floors today was on my "To Do" list. I'll probably pick one up at Ace Hardware today while I'm there to get some black spray paint.

I picked one up at Ace Hardware in New Hope. It was the last one. I paid $15 for it.

I love, love, love the Ace Hardware in Rome. I stop in just to browse sometimes. It's like the old fashioned stores, small and stuff crammed everywhere they can find space. They have all kinds of little gadgets, unusual stuff and the regular stuff.

I do love Ace Hardware...maybe I'll run up to Rome this weekend and buy myself that mop! I can't believe how stupidly giddy I got over mopping the floors with it. LOL
