I thought I would share with you all the easiest dessert to make ever! I have made this for several functions and it is always a huge hit! Thought I would share with you guys if you need to make a quick easy dessert.
If you like Choco-chip cookies you'll love it
This recipe calls for a small one, just double if you need a big one. I always make a huge one and I never bring any home.
1 pkg of Chips ahoy choco chip cookies
1 cup of milk
1 large container of cool whip
Take cookies and one by one dip them in cup of milk. Line the bottom of bowl/dish with cookies. Add a layer of cool whip. Repeat process with cookies and cool whip until you have as many layers as you want (be sure to save about 7 cookies). Make the final top layer a layer of cool whip and take the remaining cookies (do not dip them in milk) crumble them up onto the top layer. Refrigerate for atleast an hour before serving (2 or 3 hours is better).
I usually make a 4 layer one in a big bowl. This is fun for the kids to make cause it is easy enough for them to do...and they love eating it when it's ready =)
