You need an attorney not a real estate agent. That's a legal issue not a real estate issue. And yes, I have experience in commercial real estate.

Nothing worse than an arrogant GC that thinks they don't have to pay their sub-contractors. In case you couldn't figure it out, been there, done that and bought a bunch of T-shirts. :rant

I gave him a few good contacts to file materialman's liens, how to hopefully get paid and how to handle change orders in the future!!

:thumbsup Hopefully they'll just pay you to get you out of the way. Owners don't like having liens on their property. ;D
