Comey Testimony

I was avoiding it as I am also avoiding listening to the testimony. I figure I can hear the highlights for the next month by all the talking head commentators and Monday morning quarterbacks. Comey is either lying, telling the truth, or walking that fine grey line in between the two. Time will tell. Either impeach Trump and let's get on with governing the country or let's move on to more important issues at hand. Either way is fine with me.
 
Comey leaked his OWN memos of his conversations with Trump to a professor friend of his so he would report it to the media. Craziness.
 
My Mom had to have a little skin cancer removed this morning at the exact same time as the testimony. (I must be a bad daughter, because I tried to live stream it in the room!) I didn't get to see it, so I'll have to rely on others' opinions to see how it went.

You didn't miss much, Trump is still President while Comey is still out of a job.
 
Even after Comey's testimony that Trump was not under investigation and there was no collusion between Trump and the Russians, the left is still trying to spin it as if Comey never testified to that. Hell, CNN had to publish a retraction after his testimony that essentially said, "Oops our bad."
 
They're trying to drag Sessions into this whole Russia nonsense too. It's time to remove EVERY remaining Obama appointee. Comey should have been gone on day one.

I'm not a fan of Donald Trump and I didn't support him during the primaries and I definitely wish someone other than him had received the nomination. Had another Republican been elected president, the DNC emails still would have become public knowledge and the Democrats and MSM would be conducting the same operation to discredit him or her as they are with Trump.

The Democrats have been operating campaigns like this against Republicans for the past several decades now and have been escalating each time. It's only going to get worse. I have never in my lifetime seen our country as divided as it is now. Most elected Republicans are no better than the Democrats as they think only about telling the people what they want to hear to stay in office and then screwing the people over. I don't see this changing anytime soon. It's disgusting the country has become what it is today. Our founding fathers must be rolling in their graves.

Yeah. He "felt" threatened, and the Democrats questioning him had no problem with that testimony. Yet when the chiefs of the intel agencies testified in the same way, they were told their feelings or what they thought were irrelevant.

Burns my chaps.
