Maybe not so much if you live in Kentucky. A Chinese restaurant was shut down by the Health Dept after a roadkill deer was found in the kitchen. The owners' son found it on the side of I75 and they didn't know they couldn't use it. :waggingfinger

I think there is a lot more of that stuff happening than most of us realize.
