This is so e-z and quick when you and your sweetie get a hankerin' for something sweet. This would be fun for kids too. Recipe is below.
1 Coffee Mug
4 Tablespoons flour
4 Tablespoons sugar
2 Tablespoons baking cocoa
1 Egg
3-4 Tablespoons Milk (I think it needs closer to 4 tbs)
3 Tablespoons Oil
3 Tablespoons Chocolate chips (optional or your desired chip flavor)
Small splash of vanilla
Add dry ingredients to coffee mug and mix well. Add the egg, milk, oil, vanilla and mix well. You can either stir the chocolate chips into the mixture or just add them on top.
Put your coffee mug into the microwave and cook for 3 minutes. The cake will rise over the top of the mug but don't be alarmed. (Mine shrank back down some)
Allow it to cool a little, tip out onto plate if desired and eat.
