I've been watching this one, appears to be a clear case of a sick kid wanting to kill back people.

I have to wonder how all the racial unrest from our politicians and certain groups played into this.

Accused Buffalo shooter Payton Gendron was hospitalized and underwent a mental health evaluation in 2021 after making a "generalized threat," according to police officials.

He told school officials he, “wanted to do a mass shooting either at a graduation or sometime after”.

They called the police, the state police got involved and sent him for a mental evaluation and counseling. His “generalized threat” was a very specific threat.

They say he bought the gun legally. I would have thought being locked down for a day and a half for mental observations for threatening to do a mass shooting would have garnered more observation and him not being able to purchase a gun?

I wonder if more might come out that he was one of those kids in school that everyone knew was a ticking time bomb? Sad. We don't get kids the mental help they need when in school because the schools don't want to pay for it, so everyone pretends things are fine.

I suspect that he was not 18 yet when he made those threats and his record was cleared at 18. That should be fixed.
