The campaign spokesman refused to answer Baier's question if Biden was using a teleprompter to answer questions. I'd be money he refused to answer the question because it would have been, "yes." The campaign knows if Biden is caught using a teleprompter to answer questions, it demonstrates he does not have all his faculties functioning well enough to be president, and it proves his campaign is requiring the questions in advance so they can enter the answers into the teleprompter.

The first scheduled debate is less than three weeks away.

As an aside...can you imagine how frustrating it must be to be one of Biden's handlers? They have to know the dude is not hitting on all cylinders, yet they have no choice but to paint a pretty picture of him.
