Bipartisan senators introduce bill to strip Biden of war powers

I'd have to review the acts a bit more, but on first look, I wouldn't be against adding back a requirement that the President must at least notify house and senate committee leaders before a first strike of any kind. Defensive actions, where an attack on us or our forces is underway, would be different.

With all the executive orders and crap from the last three presidents (Obama, Trump, Biden) I think we are seeing the executive take on a little more power than is healthy.
