Biden to make an announcement on student loan forgiveness

I hope this goes viral... and I hope most people are as absolutely pissed off as I am about being treated the way, we, as citizens are being treated over and over by the dems...and even worse the Biden/0BaMa cabal.

The money they gave to "shovel ready jobs" , Green energy, Solandra etcetera ... it was just a wealth transfer to their friends and family from hard working Americans. They pick winners and losers based on who they want to punish, oppress, and to maintain power.

The people who follow the laws, hold a job, work an 80 hour week, don't incur debt, and never need to file bankruptcy because we live within our means, are always the ones paying for the ones who do the wrong things, or are corrupt.

Yep, it's a great ad. And yeah, I'm seriously pissed off about it too. I've told my story before; I worked nights and weekends, often in hot attics, in my 50s to put my kid through college. And no regrets!

Yeah, I know some people disagree with paying for your kid's education. My kid obeyed the rules and worked hard; she worked 2 and 3 jobs while being a full time student to pay for other expenses. I wanted her to start her new, adult life without being strapped by debt. I had the skills and abilities to start a side business, and I did. I'm proud that I could do this for her, she she has always appreciated it. She saw her daddy work hard and make sacrifices for family, so it was a good example set too. She knows a real man does whatever it takes to provide for his family, even if that means work day and night.

But back on topic...it pisses me off that I worked like a dog to get my kid an education, and now people are getting a free ride. Even worse, many of them took BS courses and got BS degrees that aren't worth crap. I can't tell you how many young people I know that have degrees that are good for nothing but wall decoration. Most of them are baby sitting, waiting tables, etc. Nothing wrong with that, but that's not what they went 100 grand in debt for.

I don't believe in student loans. Either find a way to pay for college or don't do. In the current economy, you can make excellent money in the trades without any college education. I'm not against college, but it's not for everyone, and you can be successful without it.

I had an associate degree in Criminal Justice thanks to the GI Bill. When I went back to school to get my bachelor's degree, I used student loans and I paid them off a long time ago. I got my MBA thanks to the Post 9-11 GI Bill because I was recalled back to active duty twice and went to Afghanistan and Iraq, and was stationed at Fort Gordon for three years. If a person coming out of high school really wants to go to college and be debt free, the military is the way to go. Those coming out of college with student loans can qualify for the Army's loan repayment program which will pay 15% of the outstanding principal balance or $1500 annually, whichever is greater.

We are a laughing stock, and even other countries see this. I love how she says that, "The US government handing over a half a trillion dollars, to college graduates, who have not paid off their student debts is utterly reckless, regressive, and inflationary. It will take money from the less privileged, who don't have college degrees, and the responsible who paid off their debts, and give it to households earning up to USD $250,000.00.

Students who qualify to have $10-20k of their student loan debt wiped out are finding that states they reside in can tax that gift from the feds. So far, Mississippi, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Massachusetts, Arkansas, Indiana and North Carolina have announced plans to tax the student loan handout funds.
