There is no reason for all these changes for voting this year. Costco, casinos and other big stores have been open this whole time. People have waited in long lines to enter these stores as well as at banks. So, if these places are safe in which people are touching all sorts of items, then voting places are very safe in which people are already spread out and everyone touches their ballot, and drops it in a box.
