There were things about Trump besides his tweeting and juvenile behavior calling people names that pissed me off. Another thing that bothered me was he demanded undying loyalty to the extent he would force his experts to resign if they disagreed with him. It gave me the impression he only wanted to surround himself with people who would always say "yes, you're right Mr. President."
 
There is only one POTUS and accepting a position is at the pleasure of the President. In doing so unbridled loyalty is expected which means you can disagree but do so at your own peril, especially if done publicly.

I've worked for those in leadership positions who thought the only good ideas were their own. They didn't want to hear of a better way of doing it because they were too self-centered to admit if they could be wrong. People like these, even though they were in leadership positions were not leaders.

I follow what you're saying. I'm just a strict loyalist when it comes to these things. I'm not implying he shouldn't listen, I'm just saying he ultimately makes the final decision.
 
I'm not liking this move... I feel like Barr will be vilified by both Trump and the democrat attack dogs. (Schiff, Nadler, Pelosi, etc.) ,
Barr sort of kept the wolves at the justice department away from Trump. Now it'll get really ugly.

How long till Trump gets indicted for something? This isn't a banana republic, Trump needs to retire and play golf, but the democrats won't be happy till he's in jail for having the audacity to stand up against the deep state.

Im afraid you are right. I don't think anything he has done is any worse than Clinton from a legal standpoint, but they will make his life a legal hell.

I think he might as well go ahead and try to pardon himself. It might work. What does he have to lose?
