Banks place limits on donations to lawmakers who supported President Trump, objected Electoral College vote count

It appears these banking institutions have a problem with comprehending law. It was well within the rights of those members of Congress to make objections on the votes.

What did they expect for those donations ???

What do they expect for pulling them ???

Seems the interests of Republican voters always take a back seat to the demands of donors...

The airlines I worked for donated and had lobbyist so that when there was new legislation that would hurt them, or they wanted legislation that would help them, they had a seat at the table.

They solicited money from us employees to this end. They also had writing campaigns to put pressure on our elected officials

I never want to work in the airline industry again, so corrupt. All CEOs were sent off with Golden Parachutes and 65 million a year salaries while the employees were furloughed. When times are good they spend all the cash, so when times cycle tight again, there is no money and they lay everyone off.

It is highly regulated without being regulated... what a mess. Add in the corruption of the unions it adds a whole layer of slime. Perfect for D.C.
