Bankruptcies, Business Failures, Layoffs, etc

Yes. The Shadow (Orson Welles), The Whistler, Suspense, Lights Out, Gunsmoke, Have Gun Will Travel, The Six Shooter, Jack Benny, Fred Allen, Fibber McGee and Molly, The Great Gildersleeve, Superman, X-1, and many more.
Awesome! "Who knows what evil lurks in the hearts of men? The Shadow knows." My mother used to tell me about the radio shows she listened to growing up.

Grocery stores getting into the drug business has really hurt them. The volumn of other sales allow them to undercut pricing and it brings in customers for their regular goods. Most "extra" stuff in drug stores is just too expensive.
I have Tricare as part of my Army retirement. They have contracts with pharmacies to guarantee certain low prices for us. About two years ago, Walmart wanted to raise their pharmaceutical prices because so many military personnel and retirees were using them. Tricare removed Walmart from its network. The only chain drugstore here is Walgreens, and they have a contract with Tricare. Some of our prescriptions cost me a 41-cent co-pay.

Tricare also has Express Scripts, a mail-order pharmacy, and encourages us to use it. Every month, I receive in the mail a statement from Express Script that compares what I paid to Walgreens to what I would have paid to them. They also said I would have saved money. The problem is, it shows I actually saved money getting my scripts from Walgreens. Even if I had saved a little money with Express Scripts, there's no way I want my medications coming to me by mail. I could be out of them for a week or more because the postal service is so slow.

We used Express Scripts when we had BCBS, and really liked it aside from meds we needed immediately. They would often send us 90 day supplies by mail and it was super easy.

Wife is still using Express Scripts for now, but that will likely be changing soon. Since going on Medicare, I've moved most of my meds to Sam's Pharmacy.

All my scripts at Walgreens are filled as 90-day supplies. I can't afford to get delayed by USPS on some of my meds.
