Much of the news media became little more than tabloids a long time ago. Sensationalism is more important to them than reporting the news in an honest and unbiased fashion.

Yeppers. Most of them wouldn't know true investigative reporting if it jumped up and bit them in the butt.

I saw the segment on WSB. Disgusting. What did they expect her mother to say? She was devastated.
