‘Teen Takeover’ terrorizes Chicago as hundreds of teenagers destroy property, attack tourists

Wow....

Mayor-elect Brandon Johnson briefly condemned the violence before lashing out at those criticizing the criminals.

"It is not constructive to demonize youth who have otherwise been starved of opportunities in their own communities.”

"Our city must work together to create spaces for youth to gather safely and responsibly, under adult guidance and supervision, to ensure that every part of our city remains welcome for both residents and visitors."

Chicago is so screwed.

An Illinois state senator defended the teens saying they were making a political statement while claiming it was a mass protest against poverty and segregation.

No, HE was making a political statement.

Teens were doing what they do. And then you have the known fact when you get a large group together the group mentality can go violent... no one becomes responsible for themselves.

Looks like Anheuser Bush products he’s smashing
Yep...and he got his own private car ride downtown.

(I am glad he did get arrested... but they should also do that with other looters/rioters.)

He was dangerous and it is insulting he would destroy someone else's business. All the beer on the floor makes a terribly mess that is also a potential danger if someone slipped. The concrete is polished, and I wonder what that did to the surface.

Now if he knew that Wal-Mart the Walton Family, is funding and mandating the woke agenda in Arkansas with DEI and CRT training... he might have destroyed other parts of Walmart....

...in Fayetteville, where the district outsourced much of its DEI work to a byzantine network of Walmart and Walton family-backed groups. In 2019, the Fayetteville Public School district was chosen to participate in a $2.5 million DEI training initiative, TRUE Northwest Arkansas, funded by the Walmart Foundation and the Walton Family Foundation. The program has since expanded to include hundreds of groups in the region.

TRUE connected district leaders with Converge, a “social-justice consulting firm,” for one-on-one coaching, according to a May 2019 email. The company—which specializes in “intersectional equity analysis”—also conducted an “organizational assessment” of the district, the results of which were presented at the Walton Arts Center that July.
