I got sound reviews by my peers for many years.
While I had lots jobs, many people all over the country heard of me by my work taking phone calls for the worlds cheapest man.

People next viewed me as Gracie's best friend, a job that was tough enough without in being in a new dimesion.

Later I was married to a man who people saw as prehistoric and two dimensional.
Our love was built on a foundation of bedrock.

I then spent some time helping my cousin "Go Hollywood".
That was a lot of fun, but I never did catch me a fellow.

After that, I settled down and helped others rest while raising my 3 girls alone.
While their uncle tried to help, he was pretty useless, just another ordinary joe.

The answer is the name of the actor or the actress who this describes.
 
Bea something..... The bedrock got me to thinking about The Flintstones and the woman that voiced Betty and was in Petticoat Junction with Uncle Joe. (I would look up her last name, but can't right now. :) )

She worked on many radio shows and had a reoccurring charactor on the Jack Benny radio show as an operater for NBC where Jack worked.

People next viewed me as Gracie's best friend, a job that was tough enough without in being in a new dimesion.
On of her jobs on TV was Gracie Allens's best friend on 'The George Burns and Gracie Allen Show'.


Later I was married to a man who people saw as prehistoric and two dimensional.
Our love was built on a foundation of bedrock.
She was the voice of Betty Rubble for the first 4 seasons on the cartoon 'The Flintstones'.


I then spent some time helping my cousin "Go Hollywood".
That was a lot of fun, but I never did catch me a fellow.
She played Jethro's mother and Jed's cousin, Aunt Pearl who was always after a husband but never caught one, on the TV comedy 'The Beverly Hillbillies'.

After that, I settled down and helped others rest while raising my 3 girls alone.
While their uncle tried to help, he was pretty useless, just another ordinary joe.
After playing Aunt Pearl, she got her own show playing Kate Bradley on the TV show 'Petticoat Junction', where she was a widow running the Shady Rest hotel while raising three pretty girls alone, except for the help of Uncle Joe who never got any work done.
