What\'s for dinner?

Yea, we did that the past 2 nights. I still haven't been to the store since I started getting sick, and it's too late to go tonight.

I figure pizza is the perfect solution.
 
Chicken Piccata. Wish I knew how to really cook it with out buying it from the store and tossing it into the microwave but it still tastes great.
 
I had beef noodle soup, hubby had hamburger steak and salad. Not that hungry for some reason.
 
My family went to the SPHS football banquet. I opted out as I'm not feeling well and my neck is killing me. I just made me a couple of PBJ sandwiches.

well Im cooking one of your wife's specialites Chicken dorito casserole. Made me think of her while I was making it =)

Really? Chicken dorito?

I had homemade red beans and rice and some more of hubs' ice cream cake.
Half is gone, and he still hasn't had any. His birthday was Tuesday :eek:
 
Yep MrsB try it sometime I told Galineman's wife about it last week..not sure if she tried it or not.

if you go to www.cooks.com and type in the search area, chicken dorito casserole it will pop up for ya. The only thing I didn't add was an onion or the chili powder. I normally cook the chicken but tonight I bought a rotisserie chicken and shredded it. That made the prep time alot quicker. Just took it out of the oven and it is so good. Oh and I doubled the ingredients to make a bigger casserole

We went to Longhorn's tonight. I tried the loaded sirloin they are offering for a limited time. Not bad, not bad at all. :p

Cooked one of my favorites tonight: hand-breaded cubed steak, gravy, fries, mac n' cheese & buttermilk biscuits! mmmmmmmm :p
