Wait, Democrats said fences (walls) don't work

De Blasio is afraid that if New Yorkers go in the ocean, they will leave a ring around the beach that the city will have to pay New Jersey to clean up! All he has to do is mandate that all bathers bath before going to the beach,(and be able to provide video proof of said event), or wear a scuba wet suit. This should more than satisfy his arcane need to make his constituents jump through hoops!

How about the OT for the cops to hang around miles of beach to run people off. How far are they going to run them off before leaving them alone to walk back on said beach?

The subway is safe but having people on the beach in full sun and hot is not?
