Ugh, help with a GOOD recipe

Well, since you're baking anyway... I need FIVE gift baskets done so I can bring them to work next Monday. You can even put one of those cheeseballs in each of them!

Girly I have a party to attend or host Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. I have no time to pull together 5 gift baskets on top of everything else. )

I'm just hoping that I have time to pull them together - tonight, I am shopping for the actual baskets and boxes, bags and containers that the stuff will go in. Tomorrow night, I pick up the ingredients. Wednesday, we have church. Thursday, I make several pounds of fudge (especially since there is no rain in the forecast this week). Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, I'm not sure that I will sleep - we are overbooked and I have a ton of baking/cooking to do (and you know how much I LOVE doing that).

We have Prime, but the company I normally order from on Amazon has already told me that they would not get it out before next week even if I ordered it with Prime. BUT, I went to ULine.com and ordered a bulk shipment of 250 of them. I paid more than I probably should have paid, but they will be here tomorrow. Hubby is going to :faint when he sees what I paid for them.

I will likely use about 25 of them for Christmas baskets - I will put the goodies in the bags with a label on each bag telling what is inside. I will probably use another 10 or so for fudge to give to friends. AND, instead of buying Christmas goody bags for the princess to take to her classmates, we will use these and I will get the princess to decorate each one for each specific classmate. So, I will likely use about 50 of them this year and can use them throughout the year when I send cookies and goodies to teachers and friends.

I generally don't buy these in bulk because the savings from buying 50 vs. 250 is minimal.

I have never made a cheese ball. Odd. Yes, I know. However, I'd leave out the onions too. )

Give us an update. It looks like I could be hosting Christmas this year too.

:thumbsup I made this yesterday for a group get together and it was the first thing gone (and I doubled it). It is awesome. I did make my own pesto, but I am sure the jar would be fine.

I also found this one that sounds easy enough and no ingredients that will set off allergies ) It makes 4 as listed so I am going to double that so I can stick them in the fridge and pull them out as needed.
