Trump's Taxes...

First of all... I am a Trump voter and I wish he would release his taxes already.
Let's put this question to bed... so we can focus on the really important issues :

All that being said... the New York Times thinks you're stupid :

He could have avoided paying taxes, or he did avoid paying taxes ? ? ?

This story is smelly...

:dunno::dunno::dunno:

The tax returns released seem authentic especially given confirmation from his accountant at the time.

He should release his returns but he won't because he's likely hiding something that will be used against him.

The problem with tax returns from someone who owns multiple companies like him is; most people won't have any idea how to read it. The media will report it as him making buttloads of money but not paying any taxes, which is not always at all true.

According to ABC News this morning...

40% of people polled do not know who the VP candidates are ? ? ?

Agreed. That's why he should have released them months ago to get past any negatives. Now the press and Hillary are gonna do the "what is he hiding" narrative until election day. Is it fair? No but that's how the game is played.

I doubt half the CPA's in this country could read his taxes. Besides, I would be surprised at any "salary" he might have. I'm sure most if not all of his income is in the form of a pass thru or option. In those cases, most taxes are paid on the other end, which is something Mary Free College wouldn't understand. It is not hard to pay an effective tax rate of 6% or less on your 1040 while still forking boat loads of money over to Uncle Sam.

Exactly!! Most people have no idea how it works. All they know is what the media and propaganda sites tell them.

I couldn't care less about a candidate's tax return. I'd much rather see their net worth and cash flow statement. Those tell a much more interesting story.

As far as I'm concerned it's nobody's business what's in his tax returns, few people are capable of understanding such returns anyway. No matter what's in them, the other side will use parts of the return against him.

I have to believe that anyone as high profile as Trump, gets his return scrutinized by the IRS every year,,, and if there was any problem at all he would have been called on the carpet already! The Clintons just want pick it apart and put spin on every little thing to make Trump look like Al Capone!!!
He has filed all of the documents required, and his net worth, annual income and taxes paid are no ones business but his. I say "Screw the Clintons", don't give up anything!!!!!!

I worked for a small company that grew and then was bought by a Fortune 500 company. They literally had an IRS agent assigned to them 365 days a year. He had an office right there in the headquarters building and would visit all of the subsidiaries twice a year. Pain. In. The. Ass.
