Today's college football games

Ohio State got butt kicked, Clemson lost, USC should get beat, TCU should win, Dawgs won. The committee will keep Ohio State in the top four, TCU will move up (with win), Michigan will move up, Dawgs stay #1. A LSU win against Dawgs or a TCU loss is the only thing that will effect that I think. Dawgs can handle any of those three if we come to play and limit our pass attempts. I am conference blind to a point but these other three just don't play anybody week to week like the SEC. I would love for USC to weasel in so we could kick their butts.

Michigan trounced OSU. GO BLUE! Donovan Edwards had 216 yards rushing against the Buckeyes.
Yeah, I switched from the Georgia game just in time to see both of Edwards runs,, unbelievable. I was looking back to the Illinois game and it seemed that Michigan was failing to make the grade. It just goes to show that a rivalry can always flop either way, regardless of the teams records.

1. UGA
2. Michigan
3. TCU
4. USC (if they can beat Notre Dame)

others -- OSU / LSU

.... no more Clemson. Losing at home for the first time in about 100 years. (weird)

I have stated in the past if you are tough enough to play for a team that has a mascot like this you deserve to win.

A very interesting day in college football yesterday. Michigan, Georgia, and TCU won, while OSU and LSU both lost. I'm predicting the rankings will look like this:

1 Georgia
2 Michigan
3 TCU
4 USC
5 OSU
6 Alabama

The only games next week are for conference championships.

yep.... next week

Georgia and Michigan should win easily
TCU has K-State and USC has Utah. Both of those games could be competitive.

Ya never know.......

You were spot on with your predictions.

Luke Fickell just took the HC job at Wisconsin.

My Bearcats are in for a rude awakening next year, with a new head coach and moving to the Big 12. ( I'm Scared !!! )

Fickell leaves the program with the most wins in UC history and made being a Bearcat fan a lot of fun. He will be missed.

.... on a side note, the interim head coach at Cincy is a former teammate of mine ( he's also a former OSU assistant coach, and one of the best recruiters in the business .)

OSU is the only 1 lose team left. If TCU loses tomorrow, and UGA and Mich win, don't be surprised to see OSU fourth and Alabama third, or Mich, UGA, OSU and Bama. The playoff committee will want to square off SEC and Big Ten as much as possible.

USC just screwed the pooch

What now?

Ohio State ?
Alabama ?
I watched that game last night. USC's defense sucked. I never saw a team miss so many tackles in a game like that. Now that they have two losses, the committee will likely put OSU at #4. If TCU loses, they will still have a better record than Alabama. TCU will have played for a conference championship, whereas Alabama did not.

Does anyone else hear that beeping sound ??

Oh... that's just Ohio State backing into the playoffs.

Image heads exploding across the nation, if by some chance, OSU runs the table and wins the Natty.
(that's a very long-shot, to be sure.)
