Two of the top 4 play each other today. The biggest football rivalry Michigan v Ohio State will decide which of the two will be playing for the Big Ten championship and if one of them will be eliminated from the CFP. Odds Shark has the Buckeyes favored by 8, most likely because they have the home-field advantage.

Georgia is a 36-point favorite against the Bees. The Dawgs will most likely be leading by at least 24 at the half and then have the starters on the sideline for the rest of the game. We will probably see a lot from the second and third strings in this one.

TCU plays Iowa State. TCU is favored by 10. Of the three games I've mentioned, this one could be an upset, which eliminates TCU from the playoffs.

One if the few years Bama is playing only for bragging rights and not for a playoff spot. Auburn has a real chance of an upset today.

I have the feeling that OSU will trounce Mich. I'm waiting for the Auburn-Alabama game so that I can sit back and enjoy a good rivalry without any emotional involvement. Looking forward, there is a knockout game this weekend and then another next weekend when Georgia meets the new #4 LSU. The playoff committee should just wait until a week from Tuesday and tell us who plays who and for what.

Bummed that my Bearcats lost to Tulane (at home too).

9 - 3 on the year with five straight 9+ win seasons. We’ll take it.

It looks like Michigan is going to beat Ohio State.

Does that drop OSU out of the playoff picture??

1. UGA
2. Michigan
3. TCU
4. USC

Right??

The talking heads on ESPN insinuate that an OSU lose may only drop them to 4th and LSU is now ranked above USC. It remains to be seen if TCU wins and if not how well do LSU and USC do against their opponents.

On the other hand, what the heck do they know that we don't.

OSU is overrated.
I think USC might be a better team right now than LSU.
TCU probably gets smoked if they land in the final four.

If LSU beats UGA in the Sugarbowl, or even makes it a close game, I think they make the #4 spot. Their new head coach seems to have turned that team around. They have talent, they just lacked discipline. As a Bama fan it pains me to type that.

Michigan trounced OSU. GO BLUE! Donovan Edwards had 216 yards rushing against the Buckeyes.
