I read this article and it pissed me off. I swear there are people out there who want to see a race war in this country and a lot of them instigating it are black. This black associate professor Barnor Hesse created a chart called The 8 White Identities. Notice all 8 of these white identities essentially say all white people are bad people when it comes to black people. Now some school principal in NYC disseminated this information to the parents of the school's students as a part of ongoing anti-racist work in the school community and is one of many resources the schools utilizes. I'm sorry, but I don't see how this piece of crap helps at all. It's nothing more than misinformation claiming that white people are bad and they should feel guilty for being white.
