I almost bought a pair of those awhile back. Just might have to try them.

Of interest...I have the passive sub they sell that uses four of the same bass drivers. It's surprisingly not bad to only have 4" drivers. Probably a good music sub for an office or bedroom.

Got the floorstanders in today. They really sound nice in the theater room. I'm quite pleased with them.

"She who adores me" thinks I have too many speakers. BTW...I got lucky and found the matching center channel speakers to my KLFs in Powder Springs. They are quite rare and very sought after. KLF-C7.

Keep adding speakers and you’ll need to get a smaller screen

@MudFlap OK, I bought these (damn you).

Not bad at all for small speakers. Very pleasant sounding with a sub. They were brought out to compete with the Micca MB-42x, but these are much more refined. They are somewhat inefficient (typical of small speakers), so they need some gas behind them.

The first version of these only got so-so reviews, and were apparently overly bright.

They must have made significant changes in the X version; these are surprisingly well balanced and smooth.

Not audiophile grade, but a whole lot of speaker for $80 a pair! Even without the sub they have enough low end to sound nice, though they sound a lot nicer with the sub. I'm listening to them with a 10" powered sub and I think they sound great!

Being that they have a matching center, these would be a great choice for a small to medium theater room.

If they are just sitting in your garage, can I borrow them?

@cptlo

If you haven't bought a surround sound system yet, these would be a good choice if your room isn't too big. Buy four of these along with the matching center and a good sub, and you'll have a very respectable 5:1 system.

I haven't. With planning to move in 6-7 months or so, I'm already in decluttering mode so I'll hold off until the new house is done late next year (hopefully).
