The Official Dallas Hwy 2022 Mid-term Election Thread

Someone posted this... and it is a better way to look at November 2022...

Florida completely red.
Elon took over Twitter.
Majority in the Supreme Court.
Control of the House.
Roe v Wade overturned.
Republicans win popular vote.
Nancy Pelosi fired.
Parents fighting back.

Cheer up. We're winning.

Can't get rid of this rot overnight.

Is California 100% mail in balloting, they still have districts that are only 65% counted, nine days after the election??
Colorado is waiting on voters to come in and fix their mailed in ballots before they call their last district.
Alaska has counted 90% of their only district, and it will be interesting if they use RCV to determine the winner.

Yep...they mailed a ballot to every registered voter whether they knew their current address or not. You can go in person and vote on machines, mail in your vote, or like I do with my mom, take your ballot to the voting center and turn it in there.

It is a system of chaos for tabulating who wins, because according to my mom, as long as it was postmarked by November 8th, your vote counts.

Thanks, I'm trying to get my head around why after 10 days. they have only counted 61% of the vote in the 3rd district and 75% in the 22nd. You would think that someone would step in and make a command decision or two! Boebert in Clorado is now in a recount which doesn't have to be complete until something like Dec 16th,,, ludicrous.

OK, Alaska is back up to 99%, so let the RCV commence. It would be interesting if they published each new recompute to see how many Dems listed Murkowski as #2,,, if you pardon the pun. I expect Palin to be the house rep. Meanwhile, in Colorado the SOS doesn't give a flip if Frisch has conceded the election or not, they are going through the process of a recount. In California's 3rd, they have still only counted 71% of the vote!

I watched a Warnock ad on TV a few minutes ago. He must not think Obamacare is working because he's saying Americans need access to affordable health care. He must be using a pre-Obamacare campaign strategy.
