SpaceX to attempt two launches on Star Wars Day

At 3:00 PM, a Falcon 9 will attempt a launch of 60 more StarLink Satellites to orbit in Florida and sometime this afternoon, Starship Prototype 15 is scheduled to have it's first flight and (hopefully) successful landing (without explosion).

This in spite of Blue Origin and Dynetics ( Bezos and Lockheed ) suing to stop the NASA award of the moon landing mission solely to SpaceX since they actually have hardware under development and are not waiting for more and more government handouts.

I agree with this guy for sure:

Dang it!

" It is not clear whether the decision was made due to a technical issue or concerns about winds at the launch site, but the Boca Chica Highway road closures for Tuesday have been canceled. This means there will be no Starship launch attempt.

Road closures remain in effect for Wednesday around SpaceX's South Texas launch site, but with similar weather conditions expected then, the attempt may slip into Thursday. SpaceX has not yet publicly cited a launch date."

I really want to see him stick the landing of that thing!

Well, I missed it live, but SpaceX was able to send up Starship SN15 to 10Km and return, sticking the landing!

Had some glitches, but glad to see a prototype that they will be able to reuse. (Bet I'm not as glad as Musk is... those Raptors have to be expensive to blow up six a month or so).
