So apparently I live under a rock

My girlie is turning 6 in the middle of Feb. She had a blast at her dress-up party at her dance school last year but she wants boys to come to her party this year. Jump For Joey sucks big time so we were going to go with Pump It Up. Crapadoodle. Now I have to figure out something else. She's kind of iffy about the bowling alley. I'm not feeling Stars & Strikes. Maybe Sparkles? Crapadoodle, crapadoodle, crapadoodle.

Stars & Strikes has great party packages and the party person stays with you and is so nice. We have done one there for son and have been to quite a few. What day is her birthday?

I thought something similar opened up where Pump It Up was. If you can wait until Thursday when I take our daughter to gymnastics, I can tell you for sure. We did the Sparkles party and as long as your daughter like Sparkles, she will like the party. My kids did. Stars & Strikes in nice, but a but pricey if you ask me.

I don't think she's ever been to anything at Sparkles and I don't really know if there's enough there to keep her interest. Stars & Strikes ... just doesn't feel right for me for a group of 6 year olds. I have to admit that I am not overly familiar with the place, though. Thursday is plenty soon enough, thanks. I look forward to hearing the report. :)

We were at gymnastics last Thursday.

Pump it up closed quite a while back. Another group purchased it. We had our cheer banquet there and it was still good. I wouldn't like Star n Strikes for 6 year olds because they disperse everywhere! And the kids don't play together as much.

There is a place up near McCullum field. Our grand son had his birthday party there last year. He had a blast, and so did we.

Pump it Up is now JumpIts - a friend had her son's birthday party there and they loved it. We used BounceU for the princess's birthday party last year and I was thoroughly impressed - it was spotless, the inflatables were in great working order and we had two "party assistants" who were playing with the kids the whole time (w/one doing nothing but making sure that the princess was having a blast). I was so impressed that I over tipped both of the party assistants. We've been to a couple of parties there since that have also been the same way. Jump For Joey is a waste of money.

My daughter had one of her birthday parties at the gym place by Pump it up. Both boys and girls were at her party and had a good time.
