Sigh

Wasn't much of a weekend here. Mrs. Mac worked more over the weekend than most folks do during the week. About 12 hours today, I went there and had lunch with her and hung around for a few hours. We are both bone tired, it's going to be a long week.

We didn't have much downtime either. Busy with the in-laws Thursday, at the daughter's Friday, battling the leaves Saturday, Church and maintenance on the tractors today.

But it's still better than work.

I gotta get my butt back in the gym too.

Puhleeeze! I only had Thursday off and I'm in another country away from family. Puts things in a new perspective now don't it? :laugh

Hang in there and keep your head low over there!

Hey! You got a mink blanket to keep you warm in that freezing cold. And, well, the walk to the bathroom and shower isn't THAT far, now is it? :p

Stay warm and safe!

MrB worked as well. :( We went to Nashville Thursday morning and came home Saturday. It was the longest trip home from there ever.... BabyB cried from Jasper, TN all the way to Dallas. Had a guy change lanes and didn't see us. He came over on us (we were directly next to him, just slightly back - the nose of my Explorer was probably about even with his truck's passenger door handle) while we were going down Monteagle. He was on the left, and on the right was a big huge camper/bus. Thank GOD the driver of that bus saw this and slowed down, because MrB had to swerve into the lane to the right, and the bus gave us *just* enough room. I can't tell you how much that scared me. After the adrenaline (sp?) rush, I thought I was going to cry.

Anyway, Thanksgiving was...... not great, I guess is a nice way to put it, lol. I felt bad for MrB. Anyway, when we finally got home, he had to spend Saturday night and all day yesterday addressing all of his texts, calls and e-mails that stacked up while we were away. I am ready for Jan 2, 2012. LOL
