Ryan endorses possible replacement for Speaker

I thought I heard the guy from Louisiana who was shot last summer... was 'next in line'????
 
You know, I wish more on both sides would retire... we need new uncorrupted people. About time politicians leave before they die. We citizens are too stupid to vote out incumbents, now would be good to amend the constitution to limit people from being career politicians.

I understand the fear with so many leaving is that the progressives will bring in more people to puppet to get their agenda of socialism pushed through. Maybe they will or maybe conservatives will get smart and bring in some common sense candidates, that want the best for the country, and that will inspire people to come out in support of them and vote.
 
All we ever hear is "Party this" or "Party that" but rarely does said Party hold their own accountable. We're conditioned to vote party line instead of basing each ballot choice on a candidate's merit. God forbid we vote for anyone who may cause "our side" to lose power.

And then there's the old saying of, "If the politician is moving his (or her) mouth then they're lying."
