Hmmm... on the widening of MacLand road from 120 to New Macland in Cobb county. Our church is there at the end of this project (where Macland goes 4 lane now). They actually acquired the right of way from the church for the changes desired 2 years ago. This is a slowwwww moving project. We were thinking they had cancelled it.

They have, a couple of times. In the early 2000's it was funded by and planned under a SPLOST. They even went to the trouble of building special school bus turn a rounds, then and I was left wondering where the SPLOST it stalled. Then after Obama was elected the SPLOST signs came down and 'Shovel Ready Project' signs went up. after a while, even those signs came down and I was left wondering where all the money went. Now they have made another round of land purchases and done some tree clearing between 92 and 120, but I'm thinking it's still a long way off.
