A samsung Fridge...NOBODY around here works on them.

When you do find someone it cost a ton of money to fix.... Thankfully my fridge just came unplugged and the Mr. was able to get behind there and plug it in

Is it one with all the electronic displays and stuff?

As appliances and equipment get more high tech like this, they become more proprietary and often require a factory trained or authorized agent to service them. We're seeing a lot of that in our business. It's good for the service agent, but the consumer/end user often ends up paying a premium price.

But that seems to be the direction things are going in.
