I once worked with a guy who went to high school with Alice Cooper in Arizona. He said that Vince (as he was known then) was a pretty regular guy (in the Wally Cleaver sense of the term).

A friend of mine's son lives next door to him, said he's a great guy.

He's also a VERY dynamic born again Christian. He has some testimony videos on youtube

I have a friend here in Phoenix who is a pastor. His name is Patrick.

Pat had a dream of opening a community center and church. Somewhere kids could hang out after school or on the weekends and it would also serve as a neighborhood church.

Pat was broke.
His friends were broke.

Alice Cooper heard about the idea thru the grapevine.

Pat now has his community center and church.
