OSHA cancels business vaccine mandate after Supreme Court loss

The threat of legal liability changes the ball game and I predict we'll be seeing more and more court cases against mandates and general Covid policies.

To be clear, I'm more than fine with governments and companies implementing whatever policy they wish as long as they're open to litigation. It's the "exempt from legal liability" part that bothered me. If your product and policies were in fact good and reasonable then you should welcome potential litigation. When you're protected from litigation yet attempt to cram them down the public's throat at every turn is where I take issue.

My mom's neighbor told me yesterday that he had a problem right after his booster. He needed medical care for the reaction. And ever since his balance has been off so much that until a few weeks ago he was not able to walk. He is now using an upright walker to walk one block up and one block back from his house. It is the most he has been able to do since he got the booster a few months back.

He has always walked the whole neighborhood each night to stay spry. It is heartbreaking.

My daughter in law has begged me not to get the booster or let my mom get it. She works for a mortuary and the increase in people telling her their loved one was perfectly healthy and then they got their booster and died 2 days later is making her panic. Many have told her the men were autopsied and had blood clots and an enlarged heart. I wonder if the families have any recourse.
