Same thing can happen to people who eat live bait, and I know folks who have done that ( if you are wondering, as a matter of fact alcohol was involved). One of them got sick as a dog to. Don't know if it was our friends Sam and Ella, but guy was in the hospital for over a week. That's why I don't eat Sushi.
