Need Advice!!!! grrrr

It's a stray and a menace. Trapping it and sending it to AC is absolutely ok. If they really care about/want the kitty, they'll go there looking for it. Then they can explain to AC why their loose cat is biting everyone and everything.

Those neighbors need a good slapping. Let me know if you want me to give them an attitude adjustment. Hrmph.

What she said.

You've already seen what happened with your other neighbor who called AC and had them come out and talk to the owners. Why out yourself through that? Especially since this cat is a serious problem and these people clearly don't give a poop.

is t against the law to taken someones kitty? lol
Not if it gets in your car. I have a relative who had one to get in his car and he threw it out miles away when he found out it was there. It came in an open window. Cats really should behave better than that. They might find themselves miles and miles away from the folks they have been attacking. :Ninja stirthepot2

tell your relative to come visit me.... my heart strings are not letting me follow through with a plan

Sadie clean Ozzy's paw with some antibacterial soap. Watch for swelling, keep the area clean. You might want to take him to the vet on Monday for some antibiotics. Tell your neighbor to keep the bite clean, it will most likely swell. I would also advise them to get some antibiotics. And, report the bite.
Oh, and yes the cat would be at the shelter in a heartbeat.

The biting should definitely be reported. Both to animal control and the idiot that owns it. I'd be requesting vet bills and carpet cleaning bills.
