I just sold my powered JBL concert sub and two concert speakers. I'm pretty much over that chapter in my life. Time for new "chapters", so to speak ;D

I just sold my powered JBL concert sub and two concert speakers. I'm pretty much over that chapter in my life. Time for new "chapters", so to speak ;D

I'm hoping to put a quartet together after the first. My sound system is shaping up nicely.

The sub is a Harbinger. The reviews are all 5 star; compares with JBL, etc for less $$. I'm impressed so far.

I could swing it now that I'm on days. I have been involed in SGM since I was 16 years old. I'm taking a break and am going to give the book a chance. I still have a lot of work to do with it over the next 8 to 10 months as it goes through the publishing process. My extra time will be directed toward making it as successful as it can be.

I discovered something interesting about writing. I don't have to depend on others (with the exception of the Lord) to participate in the process or make it work. There are no votes to take or meetings to have in order to go forward with ideas or promotion of the project. I can be as creative as I like and 3 or 4 or 8 other people have no say about it. I like that 8)

I hear ya! I learned the same lesson at the gym; never depend on workout partners to show up. I just go by myself now. If a buddy shows up...fine. If not, I'm jammin' to my iPod and having at it.
