I went back to Ubuntu. Fedora was fun, but it's just not as polished and fewer apps. Gonna play with it awhile and see how it does.

I've been using Ubuntu on my Plex server for several years now. The newer versions are more user friendly, but I've found them to not be as stable as earlier ones.

We also have some VMs running Ubuntu at work that occasionally just lock up the drive and won't allow writes any more. I finally made a copy of the VM on extra storage and when one dies, copy the running version back and restart.

Statcounter reports that Windows 11 continues to lose its market share for the second month in a row. Windows 10, meanwhile, is gaining more users and is now back above the 70% mark.

I've spent only a little time on 11, but it seems a lot of people just don't like it.

My limited experience with it was that it was confusing and it took more clicks to get where I wanted due to additional drop-down menus.

This has happened before, people didn't want to let go on XP either. At the time, it was amazing.

Aside from the Blue Screen of Death issues, WIndows 10 has been pretty great.

Eleven has it's issues. Fighting it to get things done is exhausing.

My laptop came with 11. I find it easy to use and have no issues with it.

I upgraded to 11 on my personal, and my work. its ok, a couple of odd things it does - just like 10. I'll stay with 11 for now.
