Shawn is trying some geek stuff to lower usage before we spend any additional money. We should know in a day or two if that works.

In the mean time, please continue to post but conserve resources by going easy on the refresh and recent posts buttons.

I'm trying... But, my link automatically loads the "recent topics" page. Does that have an effect on things?

As long as this is a question thread, let me be the first to ask when we are celebrating Halloween this year? You know it's on a school night and I was just wondering.

I'm having leftovers for dinner. We call it refrigerator roulette.

My IT guy says for me to use my refresh button on my work e-mails.
I told him that Guard Dad said I couldn't use it, it cost money.
Now he wants to talk with you.
Can you call him Friday and explain why I can't use the refresh button on my computer?

Shawn has moved some stuff to a cloud thingy (he got over my head with this one) and it's helping on the data usage issue.

Downside it, it might not be enough for heavy days and it has unleashed a stampede of spammers. As in about 50 today. It's running me ragged banning these idiots.

So it is looking like we'll have to pay the extra if we want to stay on this fast host. They think the lowest VPS (virtual private server) will be sufficient for our current activity levels.

Before we make this decision, we need to know what kind of help we can expect. If you do plan on donating, please send me a PM advising how much you pledge. Only GC, myself, and our Hwy Treasurer Mrs. B knows who gives what.

Thank you in advance, and I will let you know what our decision is after we see how much money we have to work with and Shawn, GC and myself pow wow.
