Massive brawl at Pennsylvania Golden Corral involving 40 people erupts over steak: Police

I saw this earlier. My wife could not believe all that ruckus was over some one getting served a steak before someone else. Talk about entitlement and narcissism. She said she would hand cuff the participants in front of their bodies and make them clean up the scene before carting them of to jail. Gotta love her. I watched the clip of the brawl and could not help but wonder why did the clip appear either be edited (cropped) or intentionally not show anyone's face? It was shot from a neck down/floor down angle. Is the person shooting the video trying to protect someone? You can tell by the vocals and most of the passers by (other than employees) the demographics of the crowd seemed to be of a specific ethnic group. The same group that seems to be involved in a large number of violent situations. Call me a racist or anything you want but a lot of this is cultural and can only be changed with a change in culture not attacking police or stricter gun laws.
