Looks like people are slowly waking up

I found this info interesting on the numbers disapproving his border policy:
  • Republicans 89%.
  • Independents 54%.
  • Democrats 33%.
It's a given the vast majority of Republicans are going to disapprove, but look at how it's a majority of Independents who also disapprove. The Democrats should be very concerned about the Independents on this issue because of the 2022 elections. They should be alarmed that a third of their voters disapprove of what's happening at the border.

The mid-term election is looking better and better for the Republicans to take back the House and Senate. It would be nice if the Republican held 60 seats as the majority.
 
I can only hope that 67% of the Dems and 46% of the Indies have illegal aliens move in next to them. Preferably unemployed, cartel and gang member illegal aliens who raise pit bulls and fighting chickens. I have zero compassion for anyone effected by this surge who voted for Uncle Joe.
 
I see things like this, and feel to agree or disagree. Our biggest national threats aren't from illegal day labor, but our biggest threats are from our own left wing media. Look at the way antifa rioters harass and attack everyday citizens, yet those same citizens are arrested when fighting back. The media will spin it and say a right wing gun nut is arrested when he's defending himself. Look at our best and brightest college professors threatened with termination for calling a tranny by the wrong preferred gender. Again the media sides with the transgendered to push non-discrimination. Heck, even our military has to kiss the back side of the LGBTXYZ activists...Look at how black lives matter terrorists can shake down major corporation who blindly tow the line rather than face a boycott for being racists. You either follow liberal logic or you are harassed, boycotted, fired or even threatened with death. Look at the harassment of cops by these liberal nutjobs...Yet rather than dealing with the real threat of liberalism, we harass a bunch of mexicans who want a job. I'd hire 10 mexicans over 10 blacks any day of the week,...I just call it like I see it.

We need to start by prosecuting antifas, BLM terrorists, and even the lgbtxyz activists...start there and then worry about the wall. We may all need to learn spanish one day to hire a housekeeper, but I'd take that over liberalism any day of the week.

The fact that so many people line up like sheeple behind political parties is concerning in itself.

We should all judge the border policy on facts and merits, not what a party says about it.

I'll play devil's advocate here. If you're saying 67% of the Democrats polled support Biden's border actions are sheeple because they blindly follow their party; are you also saying the 89% of Republicans in the poll who disapprove are also sheeple?

In this case I will say no because of the logic aspect of it. While there certainly are Republicans who blindly follow the party (and I don't like that either), logic and common sense alone say Biden's border policies are disastrous. You gotta be either a sheeple or a moron to think otherwise.

I agree with you. This is why the Democrats should be very concerned that a third of their voters disapprove of Biden's border actions. Illegal immigration is a huge issue. They need to look at the Democrats for Reagan who consisted mostly of union rank and file members who were sick and tired of the tax dollars going to those on welfare. They looked at the Democratic Party as the party enabling people to live off the government rather than work for a living.

Illegal immigrants have taken hundreds of thousands of jobs that were once good paying jobs for Americans. What's really sad is so many American employers are willing to hire illegals because they are willing to work for less money. Jobs isn't the only issue with illegals. There are health concerns as many of them have never received any kind of vaccinations. Then there is the strain they put on our infrastructure and receiving money from our government.

The real problem is when people from a different country come to the USA and fail to assimilate.

Many coming over the border are not Mexican.

I am often the only person born in the country who speaks English in stores and community places such as shopping, buying gasoline, going to the bank, post office, sitting at the beach watching a sunset, getting my mail, or at work. They are from India, China, Mexico, Iraq, Iran, the Philippines or other asian countries. Lots of brown people... no Italians, Germans, Swiss, French, English, Irish, Scandinavian, Russian...light skin people. It is interesting ... I became acutely aware of it one day as I sat in a chair in Costco in 2018 It was a hot day, I was enjoying the air conditioning... no one was speaking English the whole hour I sat there people watching. I was the only non-brown person.

The people storming our border are not coming to be Americans, they are coming to change America to what they feel entitled to demand, that America change for them, to their country's policies and traditions... a shit hole.
