The good news here is there was no announcement of foundries and manufacturing facilities closing. This may be nothing more than moving the headquarters out of state quietly.

The time is probably right to make that move before Newsome bans there products from production as part of the Green New Deal. Right now they have to manufacture their products in accordance to CARB standards, which is bad enough.
