JJ DID TIE BUCKLE. Thats what leadership means to me. Anyone that wants to be a leader should read, memorize and follow those 14 leadership traits. If you can't, you are not a complete leader. Just my opinion.

True leaders empower people to be successful. They give them the instructions and tools to complete tasks on their own, eventually without any direction.

For a leader to be good, he does not need to know the answers before everyone else. When he doesn't know the answer, he'll consult with those who can give it. A good leader will not only lead by example, but will have an open mind to solutions as no single person does have all the answers.
