Agree, it comes with the territory when accepting an appointed position and especially one which extends beyond the appointees term.
 
From what the media is saying, firing appointees on this level is not typical. Not like replacing the cabinet after an election.

It seems to be a petty purge of all things associated with Trump.
 
I thought there was a law against such actions without just cause, I forget now what it was called.
