I heard about this on the radio the other day. It's a sad thing that people could allow themselves to get to that point.
 
You know...I don't put people down for being overweight, I was pretty big myself not very long ago.

But I truly cannot understand how a person can let themselves go to this point. There has got to be some mental illness or addiction (which I guess is a mental illness too) going on.

It's tragic that a human being is reduced to this.
 
It is disgusting when you hear stories like this. I mean, he didn't even get up to use the bathroom. And why on earth would his girlfriend and roommate enable him to this point?!
