Here's a poll showing Biden's numbers dropping from Feb. 9 - Feb 17 from 23.3 to 15.9; while Sanders increased from 23.8 to 24.2. While Biden's have taken a sharp drop in such a short time; all the other candidates have seen increases. Bloomberg's numbers increased during this period from 5.3 to 8.4.

I've seen that commercial a few times now on TV. It comes across to the average voter that Obama has endorsed Bloomberg. Now if Biden could find some video of Obama saying great things about him... Sorry Joe, those don't exist.

Yep, the Impeachment hearings changed Joe's trajectory.

The constant droning about Ukraine that linked Joe, is what woke up many to what a creature of the swamp and scum he really is. Trump kept up the heat each time he defended himself against the impeachment hearing pointing to Hunter, Hunter, where's Hunter?

People heard ad nauseum that Trump wanted an investigation of the impropriety of Joe's damn son. It was highlighted in every news cycle that Hunter was working for millions when the only qualification he had was that he was a useful idiot for Burisma because his father got the US to look the other way from the fraud and corruption in Burisma.

Hunter even made it worse with the baby daddy thing and ditching child support

A book “Profiles in corruption” by Peter Schweizer, also came out right around the impeachment time that spoke to the Biden 5; five of Joe's relatives that, like Hunter, had no skill, but became rich because Joe set them up with some sweetheart deals. People are tired of the swamp.

While I have no doubt the Biden family has benefited from political connections and favors, and whether or not they should have, the fact is that it's nothing new. Many "connected" families have enjoyed the windfall regardless of political affiliation. I certainly don't agree with it, nor necessarily like it, but just because it doesn't apply to my family I certainly don't fault another for taking advantage of any legally acceptable opportunities at their disposal. Now if we're talking illegal actions then that's an entirely different conversation, but not being qualified doesn't necessarily mean illegal. I just don't want to sound like a liberal snowflake (not saying anyone here is) pointing out how some are more "blessed" than others.

People are tired of the swamp... Joe represents said Swamp.

Trump is "blessed" ...connected, but one of the reason Trump was elected was he was not a politician for 40 plus years... like Hillary...or Joe.

We all understand those on the hill make laws, and implement taxes that affect us, and they are insulated from these laws and taxes. In fact, Trump as a business man knew which laws and taxes to get rid of that hurt business... which international trade deals were hurting American businesses.

Taxes, deals, and laws made by those who have no clue what it is like to run a business, no clue how those ivory tower ideals curtail our competitive edge in America is the problem career politicians pose to our nation.

They set up sweetheart deals and steer their relatives into where they can be funded by government grants ... often times the deals fail, but they still walk off with the money.


Peter Schweizer states that: Joe Biden — emerges as the king of the sweetheart deal, with no less than five family members benefiting from his largesse, favorable access and powerful position for commercial gain. In Biden’s case, these deals include foreign partners and, in some cases, even US taxpayer dollars.

Consider the case of HillStone International, a subsidiary of the huge construction management firm Hill International. The president of HillStone International was Kevin Justice, who grew up in Delaware and was a longtime Biden family friend. On Nov. 4, 2010, according to White House visitors’ logs, Justice visited the White House and met with Biden adviser Michele Smith in the Office of the Vice President.

Less than three weeks later, HillStone announced that James Biden (Joe's Brother) would be joining the firm as an executive vice president. James appeared to have little or no background in housing construction, but that did not seem to matter to HillStone. His bio on the company’s website noted his “40 years of experience dealing with principals in business, political, legal and financial circles across the nation and internationally…”

James Biden was joining HillStone just as the firm was starting negotiations to win a massive contract in war-torn Iraq. Six months later, the firm announced a contract to build 100,000 homes. It was part of a $35 billion, 500,000-unit project deal won by TRAC Development, a South Korean company. HillStone also received a $22 million US federal government contract to manage a construction project for the State Department.

David Richter, son of the parent company’s founder, was not shy in explaining HillStone’s success in securing government contracts. It really helps, he told investors at a private meeting, to have “the brother of the vice president as a partner,” according to someone who was there.

The Iraq project was massive, perhaps the single most lucrative project for the firm ever. In 2012, Charlie Gasparino of Fox Business reported that HillStone officials expected the project to “generate $1.5 billion in revenues over the next three years.” That amounted to more than three times the revenue the company produced in 2011.

A group of minority partners, including James Biden, stood to split about $735 million. “There’s plenty of money for everyone if this project goes through,” said one company official.

The deal was all set, but HillStone made a crucial error. In 2013, the firm was forced to back out of the contract because of a series of problems, including a lack of experience by Hill and TRAC Development, its South Korean associate firm. But HillStone continued doing significant contract work in the embattled country, including a six-year contract with the US Army Corps of Engineers.

James Biden remained with Hill International, which accumulated contracts from the federal government for dozens of projects, including projects in the United States, Puerto Rico, Mozambique and elsewhere.
