I agree with the sentiment that people who come here need to learn English...I'm not against offering some things in Spanish or other languages. I don't know many people in my community that aren't at least attempting to learn and assimilate. By all means...make them learn it. But in the mean time, someone who can otherwise function in society may not have the language skills to comprehend everything.
We don't really have muslims, though.
