I'm too lazy to walk down to the grocery store, so lunch was made out of what was on hand:
2 garden cucumbers chopped up, red onion chopped up, leftover jasmine rice, black beans, mushrooms, wheat germ, black pepper, and I went lazy and topped it with ranch dressing. Surprisingly, it worked.
