Id like to drive this on The Hwy

I've driven 134 in a street car on the road and about 165 in a race car on the track. I cannot imagine 194 on the street.

Every picture I have seen taken above the car, shows you can see the motor from the rear windshield. Perhaps there is a top cover for the motor and it's removed for publicity pictures. If there isn't a top cover, then I would think it would get pretty warm in that car. Although the base model has an MSP of $59,995; dealers will probably jack the price up another $25-35K because first production is usually sold out.

IMHO, they missed the mark in one respect, just as the new Ford GT-40,,, the engine. Had either company developed a modular twin overhead cam V-12,,, they would have hit it out of the park! It's pretty much useless to have a car that CAN go 200 mph,,, but quite practical to have a car that sounds like it's going twice as fast as it is! Add the melodic growl of the V-12 to the new Corvette, and you have a car you will want to drive forever, even at 70 mph.
